Refund Policy – 10 Days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Policy – 5 Days

You may return a product within 5 days of delivery if:

• It is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.

• Provide your order number and product photos/videos.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy – Delivery within 10 Days

You may request an exchange if:

• The product was defective or damaged on arrival.
• The exchange request is made within 5 days, and the new item will be delivered within 10 days of approval.
