Refund Policy – 10 Days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Policy – 5 Days
You may return a product within 5 days of delivery if:
- It is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.

- Provide your order number and product photos/videos.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy – Delivery within 10 Days
You may request an exchange if:
- The product was defective or damaged on arrival.
- The exchange request is made within 5 days, and the new item will be delivered within 10 days of approval.
